Is There a Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 Live Event?
With Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 ending on June 9, fans want to know if Epic Games is producing a live event to close out the season.
In the past, Fortnite has ushered in new map changes with live events the entire world can watch. Recent leaks suggest a jungle biome is coming to the map, along with an unstable volcano, giving Epic Games the perfect excuse to throw another event.
Here’s everything we know about a possible Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 live event.
Is There a Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 Live Event?
As of now, there is no confirmation regarding a possible Chapter 4 Season 2 live event. Recently, Epic Games has decided to forgo their big events and instead just drop new seasons without much fanfare.
There is still over a week until Chapter 4 Season 3, so Epic Games could announce an event, either for the end of one season or the start of the next. However, no mention of an event has leaked, therefore the likeliness of one is quite low.
Instead, there might just be an in-game seismic event that adds to the current Fortnite lore. In the Week 12 Quests, fault lines have appeared throughout the map, along with excavation camps. Both new additions hint at a natural disaster brewing beneath the surface to shakeup the map.
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 goes live on June 9.
