Fortnite has vaulted some weapons from the game for Chapter 4, Season 2

Fortnite has finally brought in its newest update. Say goodbye to Chapter 4, Season 1, as Chapter 4, Season 2 is here. With the new season comes a whole host of new things to do. From new Points of Interests to new vehicles to new gameplay mechanics.

While that’s always a great thing, with the arrival of the new, we must say goodbye to the old, and that means the weapons that defined an entire season.

Below is a complete list of all the weapons that we lost as the seasons changed from one to two. Some are going to be hard to replace, while others will be easily forgettable. So here’s all that we’ve lost;

  • Shockwave Hammer
  • Assault Rifle
  • Burst Assault Rifle
  • Tactical Assault Rifle
  • Infantry Rifle
  • DMR
  • The Ageless Champion’s Ex-Caliber Rifle
  • Ex-Caliber Rifle
  • Thunder Shotgun (Uncommon-Legendary)
  • Heavy Shotgun
  • The Dub
  • Machine SMG
  • Tactical Pistol (Mythic)
  • Shadow Tracker
  • Revolver
  • Six Shooter
  • Rocket Launcher
  • Mechanical Shockwave Bow
  • Mechanical Explosive Bow
  • Primal Stink Bow
  • Primal Flame Bow
  • Grappler Bow
  • Unstable Bow
  • Guardian Shield
  • Falcon Scout
  • Deku’s Smash

We finally said goodbye to the Deku Smash

While losing the Shockwave Hammer won’t be easy to get over, and the Kinetic Blade does help ease that pain, the big departure from Season 1 of Chapter 4 has been the loss of the Deku Smash. What was supposed to be a two-week-long item lasted months. We initially lost it just days after its arrival, but as a make-good, the developers at Fortnite kept the item in for the rest of the season.

It became a staple of Season 1 due to that, and while we all knew it’d be vaulted with season two, to see it gone is still surreal.
