Fortnite is bringing back a classic item on Tuesday.

Fortnite is getting pretty experimental this season. So far this season we got the Shockwave Hammers, which has been so much fun. We also got the Ex-Caliber Rifle, another fun new toy that is more rifle than shotgun but requires shotgun shells. We also got the Guardian Shield, a great item for the game, and of course, we got the new Falcon Drone, which allows you to scout ahead and rummage for items.

Then of course we have the new Reality Augments, which I believe are now at 32 and counting. Each new augment gives you a new ability for the match you’re in, and they reset after each game ends. They allow you to experiment with the most useful combinations and also open up the possibility of Augment Only Runs.

Yet, with all this new stuff in this chapter, an old item is returning to the game. According to Twitter user PerPrip, Fortnite is bringing back the Slurp Juice containers on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023.

What is Fortnite’s Slurp Juice?

Fortnite’s Slurp Juice is a bit different than other healing items. The container slowly heals you over a span of 35.5 seconds and will add two points per second to either your health or shield for a total of 75 health points. The slurp prioritizes health, but if you have 100 health, it’ll then start affecting your shield and raising that up.

For instance, if you have 75 health, and 50 shields, the Slurp Juice will raise your health to 100, and then will apply the remaining 50 points to your shield. Players can stack two at a time, and they are among some of the better healing items in the game.

Pairing these with the Bush Warrior perk will make carrying healing items a much easier task.
