Fortnite has brought in a trio of silly horror creatures and we’re hoping more are coming

Fortnite is a silly concept. You get a weird-looking character, you run around an island and when you eliminate someone (in-universe), they get put back into a battle bus to do it again. So it’s not really surprising that the game has a host of whacky characters to choose from.

The game recently brought some of them back with the Alien Abduction Bundle and fans have the chance to get three of the most peculiar-looking designs going with Leviathan, Human Bill, and Zorgoton.

These B-movie-inspired horror characters gave us the thought that maybe, just maybe Fortnite would be wise to dip into the world of B-movie horror characters from the video games. After all, what’s better than a little spooky and a little silly in the world of Fortnite?

Three B-movie horror characters from video games we want in Fortnite

Manuel “Manny” Calavera

The main character of the iconic video game, Grim Fandango, is Manuel “Manny” Calavera and his overall look is just perfect for Fortnite. The Day of the Dead-inspired design not only gives Manny a unique look that stands out among the Fortnite usuals but will also be the perfect character for a Halloween/Dios de Muertos week of action.

Stubbs the Zombie

From skeletons to zombies, Stubbs fits right in with the general concept of B-Movie horror characters in video games. The entire gimmick of Stubbs is that he’s in a 1950s-looking reality (1959 to be exact) and he’s going around eating people. It’s a pretty simple concept that would translate to the world of Fortnite pretty well.

Cryptosporidium 137

Speaking of B-themed characters, Cryptosporidium 137, aka Crypto, is from the Destroy All Humans franchise, and the entire gimmick of the game is that it’s a massive B-horror movie in video game form. Clearly, he fits with the concept.

Next. Season four isn’t Marvel themed but Spider-Gwen is coming. dark
