Did Brie Larson’s arrival into Fortnite ruin a long-believed storyline?

For a long time, there was a belief that the characters the Paradigm and the Singularity were one and the same. That long-believed Fortnite theory was all but confirmed a few times, but that no longer appears to be the case.

There’s been a rumor that Brie Larson of Captain Marvel fame was brought in to do the voice of The Paradigm character, with the intended purpose to one day reveal the Paradigm much the same way that Fortnite brought in Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to use his voice and likeness with The Foundation.

It’s expected that the Paradigm will be revealed as Larson, thus ending the talk that Paradigm and Singularity are one and the same. Due to Singularity looking more Hispanic than anything, it would make sense for Fortnite to pivot away from them being the same person, especially with the rumor that Larson’s likeness will be used with an alternate Paradigm outfit.

Brie Larson has been involved in Fortnite in the past.

Larson’s involvement with Fortnite more than likely changed the Paradigm/Singularity storyline quite a bit. No one should by that Donald Mustard did this whole thing as an intentional misdirect because that just doesn’t seem viable. It seems like the plans changed, and now that someone with the name brand Larson became available, they changed things up to accommodate her.

There’s nothing wrong with that, especially since Larson has been involved with Fortnite in the past, helping market the game in several commercials in 2021.

So her inclusion makes all the sense in the world, and it’s very likely they had always wanted to find a way to bring her into the game in some facet and this may have been the way they opted to go. I just don’t believe for a second that this was always the plan from the beginning.
