Fortnite and Dragon Ball have collided with an epic new trailer!

Fans of Fortnite have been hoping for the world of Dragon Ball to be brought into the game and finally, after years of wanting, that has finally happened. While it’s too late to save the disappointing season three of chapter three, the arrival of Dragon Ball characters to the world of Fortnite is a welcomed breath of fresh air and sets up an epic finish to the end of the season.

Arriving in the game are Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, and Bulma, representing three of the franchise’s most famous eras, the original, Z, and Super. But not GT. We don’t talk about GT.

To help bring the characters into the shop, and the huge transformation of the island, which features a Dragon Ball-themed battle bus, Fortnite released an impressive trailer for the game.

The Dragon Ball trailer is getting fans hyped

To say that fans are excited about Dragon Ball arriving in Fortnite is an understatement. The game is overloaded and there are significantly longer delays than normal (though not unbearable). Part of this is due to the fact that Fortnite dropped this awesome, albeit short, trailer for the arrival of Goku and company.

The video shows the four characters (Goku, Vegeta, Bulma, and Beerus), arriving on the island to battle it out with the rest of the Fortnite residents. Goku is seen with his iconic Kamehameha blast, while Vegeta pops a new color to his air after he powers up, Bulma is seen rocking her Dragon Ball finder and Beerus is, well, standing there.

The trailer is going to help bring fans in as Dragon Ball is arguably the most popular franchise that the Fortnite fanbase has ever had. It’s broken Twitter records already and increased the number of concurrent players already.

It’s fair to say that it’s a hit.
