Should the heavy sniper have been removed from competitive playlists?

The heavy sniper was removed from competitive competitions.
The heavy sniper was re-introduced into Fortnite for Chapter 3, Season 2. It was one of the most popular weapons when it was first introduced but then it found itself in the vault for a long time, until the most recent season. To go with the war theme where the Imagined Order and The Seven battle for suprmacy and land, the heavy sniper was brought back as it fit well with the general overall theme of the season.
Yet, it came back slitly depowered. It used to provide 198 points of damage if you registered a headshot, now it’s “only” 192 points of damage. If you’re playing Zero Build modes, that means you’ll still have 58 points of health, assuming your overshield is recharged and you’re maxed out everywhere else.
That’s a lot better than two points.
Yet, Fortnite still decided to remove the heavy sniper from competitive competitions, aka competitive playlists.
Fortnite needs to stop taking out powerful weapons in compettiive matches
Imagine telling Lamar Jackson he wasn’t allowed to run because he’s too fast or that if Mike Trout hits a home run, it won’t count because it’s too easy for him to do. That’s whats happening in these games. If you can get your hands on the Titan tank or the heavy sniper rifle, you should be allowed to use it.
After all, if you really want to prove your the best player, shouldn’t your goal be to get the very best weapons you can, or get so good with the average weapons that you’re nigh unstoppable? Why are people so worried about having to face the best weapons that Fortnite has?
If you really want to prove your better than everyone else in a competitive enviroment, get good and topple those that use the heavy sniper and other banned weapons.
