Fortnite is finally bringing in the big guns; the big Nerf guns.
Fortnite is a global phenomenon. It transcends just a video game anymore and now exists in realms beyond the digital. Action figures, toy cars, brand-themed food ideas; there’s so much there. While the food is less official and more just ideas, it still exists.
Tack on the backpacks, the clothes and so many other things, and you can see that Fortnite is too popular just to let it remain as a video game. The merchandising options are everywhere.
So it’s not surprising that the game is teaming up with Nerf to get a line of Nerf guns made. The toys will look just like in-game designed weapons, complete with the brand logo on them for fans to know they’re buying the real deal.

From Fortnite News:
"Hasbro has revealed that Fortnite’s Compact SMG will be added to the Nerf Blaster lineup later this year; joining the existing Fortnite collection that features the Assault Rifle, Rocket Launcher, Silenced Pistol and more. The new Nerf Blaster, which has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $38.99 (US), is set to hit shelves on August 1, 2022. Although a Compact SMG Nerf weapon already exists in the form of a Super Soaker, the new Blaster version appears to feature a more premium design that includes both rubberised grips and a build of higher quality."
Fortnite should look into getting a pizza deal next
Fortnite brought in the pizza for Chapter 3, Season 1 and while it’s more work than it’s worth for Battle Royale, only providing +50 for your shield, it’s still a massive opportunity. Fans love pizza. Regardless if they’re a fan or not.
If they were to get involved with, let’s say Pizza Hut, that would not only increase the opportunities for the brand but would also help someone like Pizza Hut, who has fallen in the pizza hierarchy lately.
You could even include redeemable points or free outfits for fans who order said pizza. That cross-brand synergy is real and fans would be all for it.
You know, as long as the pizza doesn’t suck.
