By Andrew Lin
Klomberries are a brand new foraged item that you can find around Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1. What do you do with them? Can you eat them? Here’s everything you need to know about Klomberries and what you can do with them.
What to do with Klomberries in Chapter 3 Season 1
Klomberries can be found growing throughout the Island. They grow in clusters, and you can either gather or consume them like any other forged item. When eaten, they heal 10 HP or shields.
They have the same role as a Slurp Mushroom, but you can find Klomberries more easily and in greater quantities than Slurp Mushrooms. Unlike the Slurp Mushroom, you can’t get Klomberries in produce crates.
They make for a great quick heal when you’re disengaging, so look out for them when you’re exploring. Consuming a Klomberry is significantly faster than taking a Shield Potion.
The Klomberry’s primary use is to be fed to Klombos, the giant dinosaur creatures that roam across the Island. While not hostile to begin with, Klombos can help you out if you feed them. Just ready and throw the Klomberry as you would any item at the Klombo to feed it. Feeding a Klombo with a Klomberry will cause it to launch items out of the blowhole on top of its head.
You can stand on top of the blowhole as it eats. You’ll get launched into the air and you can redeploy your glider for easy traversal. Klombos will eat two Klomberries at a time.
There’s even a new Season quest that has you throw a Klomberry while standing within 10 meters of a Klombo. Just walk right up to the peaceful creature and give it a treat for some easy XP. Klombos have no set spawn, but they can usually be found near Tilted Towers or Haven’s Oasis.
