Where are the Telescope Parts in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1?

One of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1’s Season Quests has you seek and destroy telescope parts. Getting the Quest is easy, but finding the telescope parts themselves may prove difficult if you don’t know where to look. Here’s where to find the telescope parts.

Where are the Telescope Parts in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1?

Another week, another find-things-and-break-them Quest. This time, you’re looking for telescopes.

You can find a telescope in each of the Seven Outposts throughout the island. When you’re near, you’ll see an exclamation mark on your mini-map to help you find them.

The Seven Outposts are far from each other, and the trick to this Quest is to collect three telescope parts in the same match. Luckily, there’s a small concentration of places you can find telescopes on the Island’s eastern side.

The eastern inlet by Sanctuary has three telescopes you can hit easily in the same match. There’s one in Sanctuary itself, just outside the largest building.

The next ones are found in the large northern island in the inlet, and the smallest island directly below it. The northern one is inside the building by the statue, and the smaller one’s is sitting outside the outpost building.

When you find a telescope, switch to your harvesting tool and give it a few good smacks. When they’re busted up, you can collect the parts and make progress on this quest.

With three telescopes broken and their parts extracted, you’ll get some XP for your trouble.

While you’re at an outpost, you can complete another simple quest: use rifts at different Seven outposts. This can help you jump to different Outposts when collecting telescope parts, or to make it back to the circle quickly if you completed this Quest right when the match started. You can also quickly complete the tall grass hiding Quest when you’re around the tropics, too.
