Forever Fortnite Weapon Tier List October 2021

S-Tier

  • Suppressed Assault Rifle
  • Rocket Launcher
  • Dragon’s Breath Sniper Rifle
  • Chug Cannon
  • Venom and Carnage Symbiotes
  • Recon Scanner
  • Turrets

The Dragon’s Breath Sniper and the Rocket Launcher are powerful ways to deal with builds, even with the now many options to deal with enemy forts.

Symbiotes are still absurd weapons, giving mobility, reach and structure busting potential. It’s even better than I had initially thought, as it has a massive amount of aim-assist that can easily take out someone even behind a wall. Check out our full look at these Mythic items here.

If you get into an encounter near a Turret, you can hop into one and shred through the enemy and any structure they hide in. I think the Turret is underrated this Season, and I’ve had lots of success destroying everything and anything near the stationed weaponry.

A-Tier

  • Sideways Rifle
  • Sideways Minigun
  • Assault Rifle
  • Burst Assault Rifle
  • Pump Shotgun
  • Rapid Fire SMG
  • Shockwave Launcher

The new Shockwave Launcher brings a fan favorite from Chapter 2 Season 3, now in a new Legendary variant. This extremely versatile weapon helps you reposition and disrupt enemies, along with some build destroying properties now.

B-Tier

  • Charge Shotgun
  • Submachine Gun
  • Lever Action Shotgun
  • Rail Gun
  • Shadow Tracker

These close range weapons are things you’ll always need in your inventory.

The Shadow Tracker is great for multiplayer modes, but is also respectable in some early circles due to how plentiful bars are and how easy it is to get. The Rail Gun, once again, provides great anti-build support.

C-Tier

  • Automatic Sniper Rifle
  • Dual Fiend Hunters

The Automatic Sniper is the other Sniper we have this Season, and it’s the only one we can get from Chests. It gets significantly better at higher rarities.

The brand new Dual Fiend Hunters are basically Pistol replacement. It deals more damage per shot, but it actually deals less DPS overall given the Pistol’s faster firerate. They do have one special utility: they do double damage against Fiends, like Cube Monsters. Use these to quickly complete Sideways Encounters and earn powerful Sideways Weapons.

D-Tier

  • Pistol
  • Harpoon Gun

As always Pistols are too hard to use to warrant their damage, unless you can score an Epic or Legendary one. Harpoon Guns are actually quite useful in the early game, dealing a cool 75 damage and setting up an enemy for a follow-up attack. Just drop it after the first circle appears.
