Superman is finally here in Fortnite. It’s been over two months but the Man of Steel is now ready to be unlocked. Before you do, there’s a few hoops you have to jump (fly) through. Let’s take a look at exactly how to get Superman in Fortnite.

How to get Clark Kent in Fortnite

First things first: you need to get the Clark Kent skin in order to unlock the rest of Superman’s kit. It’s a Battle Pass exclusive, so you be sure you have that if you don’t already. It can be purchased for 950 V-Bucks, but it’s also included with Fortnite Crew subscriptions.

The best part about Superman is that none of his cosmetics need Battle Stars to unlock. That means if you get the Battle Pass right now, you don’t need to grind levels to get Superman. At face  value, 950 V-Bucks for a Superman outfit set is a killer deal. It’s even sweeter if you do complete the Battle Pass to earn back 1,500 V-Bucks.

All you need to do is complete quests from Clark Kent, Armored Batman or Beast Boy. They’ll offer quests when you talk to them, just like any other NPC. Complete five of these quests in any combination and you’ll earn Clark Kent.

How to get Superman in Fortnite

To get Clark to turn into Superman, it’s as simple as using a Phone booth just like in the comics. If you played a lot of Chapter 2 Season 2, Phone booths will be a familiar mechanic. This time, you’ll be turning into Superman, not a Henchman. With the Clark Kent skin on, step into a Phone booth and you’ll turn into the Man of Steel.

Note that you’re looking for the red Phone booths, not the pay phones that you receive Quest orders from.

This unlocks Clark Kent’s built in Emote, which allows you to become Superman at anytime. If you want to skip the transformation, you can select Superman to begin the match with. You’ll also get the Cape Back Bling, completing the look.
