Fortnite The First Galactic Empire Quests Release Date

A bonus round of Fortnite Star Wars quests is coming to give players a final chance at earning Galactic Reputation. Fortnite The First Galactic Empire Quests will go live along with update v24.40.

There have already been three installments of Star Wars-themed tasks in Fortnite, inspiring players to visit one of the three Rift Gates to obtain a Lightsaber from Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, or Darth Maul. Each completed challenge gives players a specific amount of Galactic Reputation that goes toward the Star Wars Battle Pass.

As players completed the Find the Force Quests, they also earned Sith Holocrons that unlocked an exclusive Sith Infiltrator Glider not available in the Item Shop. For those who still need a bit more Galactic Reputation to unlock the Clone Trooper Outfit and Darth Maul, then The First Galactic Empire Quests are the perfect opportunity for you.

The First Galactic Empire Quests are set to go live on May 17 at 9 a.m. ET. There will presumably be another 12 challenges for players to complete, ranging from dealing damage with a Star Wars weapon to traveling to certain areas on the map.

Fortnite Week 10 quests will also drop tomorrow, giving players plenty of opportunities to gain XP as they play matches. Additionally, Fortnite Ranked is expected to launch in the upcoming update.

May 17 will be loaded with new content, quests, and competition in Fortnite. With the delay of Ranked, everything now appears to release on the same day. As players explore all the new features update v24.40 has to offer, they can also work to complete the epilogue Star Wars quests to officially finish the Star Wars Battle Pass.
