What weapons and consumables were vaulted for Chapter 4, Season 1
By Chad Porto
Fortnite vaulted 26 items but what are they?
Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 1 is underway and it’s going pretty well, all things considered. The map is all new, and the highlight of it is obviously the fall biome with the mid-evil theme. It’s a huge theme, powered by Geno’s snapshot.
Yet, when it comes to Fortnite, to make way for the new, we have to get rid of the old, and Fortnite sure has gotten rid of a lot of things to make room for all the new content.
26 items, that we found, have been vaulted, ranging from weapons to consumables and even some weather effects. Here’s everything that we know has been vaulted for now;

What weapons and items are surprised to see gone
Fortnite’s decision to vault some of these items are surprising. The first one that is gone, which shouldn’t be a surprise but it is, is the tornado. It was a lot of fun when it wasn’t completely covered in chrome, so we’re sad to see that one gone.
The next item that shocked us isn’t so much a specific weapon, but the current Chapter 4 lineup has no true sniper rifle. Sure, there’s the original DMR, but it’s not the same thing as a bolt-action sniper.
While there’s plenty of understanding as to why, especially with the new Shockwave Hammer, but the Shockwave Grenades are just going to be missed for nostalgia reasons.
Lastly, while we understand why, the Chrome Splashes were great at keeping your vehicles together for a long bout. Now that they’re gone, the vehicles become less tank-like and more…moving targets.
