Fortnite is Breaking Bad, so they Better Call Saul.
When we talk about some of the most iconic shows of the last 20 years, Breaking Bad is a show that often gets brought up. It’s a very dark, very emotionally complicated show with the main character you’re both rooting for and against. It’s one of the shows that made AMC must-see T.V. and turned the likes of James Cranston from loveable dad from Malcolm in the Middle, to a must-hire, very serious actor.
Better Call Saul was the prequel/sequel series to Breaking Bad, which featured the Breaking Bad side character Saul Goodman/Jimmy McGill, played by Bob Odenkirk as the series star. Goodman/McGill is a slimy attorney and helped Cranston’s Walter White in the original series with the follow-up showing how McGill got to where he was and what happened to him after Breaking Bad ended.
To say it’s a very popular series would be an understatement, and it appears as though the award-winning series is coming to Fortnite and maybe very soon.
Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul characters could be coming to Fortnite soon
Sportskeeda posted an article recently talking about how characters from the show, namely franchise baddy, Gustavo Fring (played by Giancarlo Esposito), could be arriving in the game any day now.
The game cites a recent survey, which seemingly showed the Gustavo Fring outfit, and asked fans which of the dozens on dozens of outfits fans liked the most. This isn’t much of anything, but a new RV can be found out in the desert of Fortnite. While this alone doesn’t mean anything, Fortnite has a history of adding items to the game that hints at something more to come.
Like a refrigerator in the middle of the desert, hinting at the debut of Indiana Jones. The addition of the RV, a staple in Breaking Bad, seems to suggest something more is coming.
The article does suggest Nov. 15 as a date on which we’ll know if we get Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul characters, as that’s the date of the next big update.
