What are all the animals on the Fortnite Island for Chapter 3, Season 4

Fortnite is a regular animal kingdom and it’s hard to keep track of everything.

One day, Fortnite will find a way to include various forms of weather, wildlife, and all sorts of dumb fun vehicles and weapons to use on your enemies. Until that day comes, we have to deal with the fact that things cycle in and out of the game, ranging from vehicles to weapons and yes, even animals.

Fortnite has a history of vaulting animals, especially when it comes down to getting things to work properly. They’ll vault the heck out of some chickens, but in doing so, it’s hard to figure out what is and isn’t around in Fortnite.

With the fauna constantly changing on the island, we figured we’d help you out and let you know what is and isn’t still on the island.

What animals are still on the Fortnite island to start Chapter 3, Season 4

Chicken

The chickens are back on the island. After being vaulted in the last season, they’re back and they carry with them both meat and the occasional upgrade on weapons. They generally only drop smaller weapons if they carry any at all, so be mindful of that.

Crows

The crows are no bigger than the chickens but they’re harder to snag. They too carry weapons sometimes, and they too carry smaller weapons than the norm.

Frogs

Much like the birds, the frogs can sometimes carry some weapons but are far rarer than the others. They’re largely just there as they offer very little health if consumed.

Boars

Boars are one of the few rideable animals on the island and the one that is least effective. A good source for health if in a bind but otherwise they’re best left alone.

Wolves

The better of the two ridable animals on the Fortnite island, these animals provide a level of attack you won’t find if you pick a boar and can often carry far more meat than most other animals.

Sharks

Usually, the animal that carries the best loot, the sharks are huge and a pain to kill. Doing so will net you some meat, usually some type of high-powered weapon and whatever loot they ate.

Fish

You never know what you’re going to get with the fish.
