Fortnite survey may hint at possible crossovers with Pokemon and Dragon Ball

Could Pokemon and Dragon Ball be coming to Fortnite soon?

There are some franchises that make utter sense for Fortnite but have yet to happen and may never happen. Two of the franchises that may eventually find their way into the game that fans have been clamoring forever for are Pokemon and Dragon Ball.

According to a new Fortnite survey, that may be happening sooner rather than later.

According to Fortnite Twitter user, Guille_GAG, Epig Games sent them a survey asking what types of crossovers fans would like to see. On that list were Pokemon and Dragon Ball, two iconic franchises that would be huge gets for the game.

That said, both franchises should be bigger than just a standard crossover.

Dragon Ball and Fortnite deserve a larger entry into Fortnite other than simple items

If Fortnite is going to bring in these franchises, they need to do more than back blings and wraps. For Dragon Ball, they need to reshape the island to fit the world of Dragon Ball, even if it’s just a region of the map. Design the area to look like Mr. Roshi’s island or the deserted regions in the show where a bulk of the fights took place. You can also add some of those rounded dragon ball houses that are so prevalent in the shows.

For Pokemon, it’s obvious, that you introduce the actual Pokemon to the island. Maybe they can be interactive, maybe not. Maybe you can make it so you can bring them into battle with you by feeding them food and earning their trust.

That would be the way to go, or even if you just implement an ew mechanic like a camera, so you can do your own version of Pokemon Snap or Pokemon Go.

There are a lot of options on that survey and Pokemon and Dragon Ball are just two of them. Which ones would you like to see?
