Fortnite Chapter Chapter 3, Season 3 is apparently hinting at huge Star Wars offerings.

Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1, and Season 2 had huge Marvel influences with Spider-Man, the Daily Bugle building, Doctor Strange, The Prowler, and other items and characters brought into the game. It seems as though for Chapter 3, Season 3, the world of Fortnite is going from the war storyline involving the Imagined Order and the Seven and will focus on the world of Star Wars.

While Obi-Wan Kenobi, lightsabers, and blasters were brought in and unvaulted during the season, it looks like the Star Wars influence is going to really pick up in Season 3.

Epic Games Chief Creative Officer Donald Mustard is hinting at massive Star Wars influences in the next season of the game, posting an AT-AT made out of Legos and posting a picture of Chewbacca and C-3PO painted on a wall, with the caption “That’s no moon!”. A reference to the reveal of the Death Star in Star Wars IV: A New Hope.

Star Wars is coming in Season 3 one way or another

We know that Star Wars is coming to some degree in Season 3. The Kenbo character is going to be available for the start of the season, one would think, and soon a Darth Vader character will be added as well. Both Vader and Kenobi are returning to screens in the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series on Disney+, and since Ewen McGregor and Hayden Christensen are both returning to their roles of Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker/Vader respectively, it makes sense that the game would reflect this.

After all, the Daily Bugle was added for Spider-Man: No Way Home, and is still part of the game nearly seven months later.

So does this mean that the AT-AT is coming into Fortnite? Maybe not as a playable asset but I could see it being part of Vader’s package as an Emote, similar to how RoboCop had ED-209 as a rideable asset.
