Fortnite adds Ali-A to the Icon Series and it’s awesome

Fortnite has a new Icon Series character in Ali-A and it’s awesome.

Fortnite has added a lot of great characters recently, especially when it comes to their Icon Series. They just launched the Chica design and it was one of the more impressive ones they’ve done in some time. To celebrate her they even brought back all the past Icon characters as well. It’s hard to top guys like Ninja and The Grefg, but they may have just done it with their latest character. Ali-A.

The Ali-A character design is arguably the best they’ve ever done. Not only are his designs interesting but they gave him a combined eight different looks. Some are minor differences from one another but he does come with two, unique, designs that really make him pop.

These designs are;

"Default, Elevated, Matroix, and Ultra-Armor Matroix StylesSapphire Paragon, Sapphire Paragon (Revealed), Titanium Tac, and Titanium Tac (Revealed) Styles"

His two armor modes are going to be a lot of fun to play as, and they’re going to be available sooner rather than later. The character will release this Thursday, May 19, 2022.  Just like Chica though, it won’t just be the costume that gets released, as he’ll also be getting his own island taht you can explore.  (Island code: 5135-8778-2901)

Ali-A has his own Cup Tournament for fans to play

The duo tournament in his name will be a Zero Build tournament that beings on May 18, and will allow winners to unlock the Ali-A Outfit (+ Ali-Tech Backplate Back Bling) before it’s released to the general public. You’ll also get points for his emoticon as well.

According to Fortnite’s website, you can play up to eight matches in a region’s three-hour time window. The specific event timing can be found in the in-game Compete tab.
