• Similarly, one War Bus follows the Machinist's route if she cruises around in her Mythic car. If she remains anchored at Redline Rig, this War Bus won't spawn either.
• If both Megalo Don and the Machinist stay put, a War Bus will randomly spawn somewhere on the map.

Since War Buses don't have fixed locations, your best bet for finding one is to track Megalo Don or the Machinist's Medallion markers when they venture out.
