Epic Games made a splash at this year's Game Developers Conference with a thrilling announcement: the integration of LEGO Elements into Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN).

This exciting addition empowers creators to fashion their very own LEGO Islands within Fortnite. As part of the Island Creator Program, participants gain access to LEGO Templates, props, consumables, and items for crafting LEGO experiences. Visitors to these islands are treated to a transformation into minifigures, complete with their favorite outfits and emotes rendered in LEGO style.

Ready to embark on your LEGO Island adventure? You'll have access to four island templates within UEFN, each offering a distinct starting point for your creation:

1. Home Builder

Construct your dream home or village in this charming neighborhood where Fortnite and LEGO houses coexist harmoniously.

2. Obstacle Course

Test your skills on an island brimming with platforming challenges, perfect for running, leaping, and climbing.

3. Music Concert

Set the stage for musical performances using LEGO animals and Fortnite Patchwork on this music-themed template.

4. Starter Island

Let your imagination run wild on this blank canvas, where you can create something truly unique and awe-inspiring.

In addition to templates, an extensive library of LEGO assets awaits, including tools, prefabs, and gameplay-altering devices to enrich your experiences. Once your island masterpiece is complete, publish it via the Creator Portal for Fortnite players worldwide to enjoy.
