Epic Games Teases Fortnite WILDS

Epic Games has released a teaser for the upcoming Fortnite update, Fortnite WILDS.

Rumors have been swirling for weeks about Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3’s theme and title, and with just a few more days until the update launches, we finally have confirmation of the leaked jungle biome joining the Battle Royale.

Although concrete information surrounding the new map is still hard to come by, Epic Games should be releasing a full length trailer in the coming days. The trailer should give a better view of the new POIs as well as the new Chapter 4 Season 3 Battle Pass.

The Fortnite WILDS trailer briefly shows a new POI that contains a castle in the middle of picturesque woods and flowers. Although the video cuts before any true new map updates are revealed, the sounds of birds flying through the forest match the reports of a jungle biome entering the map.

Other leaks suggest new weapons and vehicles coming to the game, including a Mythic Drum Shotgun, Kinetic Boomerang, Armored Cars, and Surfboards.

A collaboration with Transformers will also occur at some point in the major update, bringing Optimus Prime to the Battle Royale. As of now, the secret Battle Pass skin for Chapter 4 Season 3 has not yet been revealed.

Fortnite WILDS goes live on June 9.
