X-Men’s iconic character Wolverine is Fortnite’s Crew Pack character for August.

The Crew Pack is one of Fortnite’s many ways to pillage people for money. All in all, it’s not a bad way to go if you’re a consistent player. For just $11.99 a month, you get the game’s latest Battle Pass for each season, plus a new, exclusive character for each month you remain subscribed.

For the month of July, fans were able to purchase the pack and get the insanely cool Phaedra costume, while fans in June got the Mecha Team Leader outfit. Now for the month of August, fans will be teleported to the land of mutants, as the X-Men’s Wolverine is coming to the Fortnite Crew.

Wolverine, or The Wolverine Zero Outfit, will be a part of the Fortnite Crew Pack starting Aug. 1, 2022. Getting the pack will not only land you the Wolverine Zero Outfit, but the Muramasa Blade Back Bling, Muramasa Blade Pickaxe, and the Best Fight You Ever Had Loading Screen, alongside the Battle Pass for Chapter 3, Season 3 if you don’t have it already, and 1000-V-Bucks.

If you already have this season’s Battle Pass, you’ll get refunded 950 V-Bucks.

It’s not the classic Wolverine look but it’s pretty solid, but no claws?

Wolverine not having his iconic claws for a character in Fortnite is blasphamious. Especially since you can just make them his specific pickaxae. I mean, they tried to pull that stunt with Thor, and fans lost their minds, but this time around I think fans would have been ok with it.

As for the look, Fortnite is putting out a new comic book with Marvel Comics, so it’s obvious why they went with this design and not his classic looks from years gone by. It’s not the best he’s ever looked but if you were hoping for a Wolverine outfit at some point, then I don’t think you’ll be too upset.
