Street Fighter is back in the store and these are three characters we hope to join the game.

When we talk about video game crossovers, few are as impressive as getting the king of combat video games themselves, Street Fighter. The Capcom series is among the best, most profitable, and most popular franchises of all time. They’re only on their sixth numbered game but they have released dozens and dozens of games with these characters.

So far Street Fighter has added six characters to the world of Fortnite. Those characters are Guile, Cammy, Chun-Li, Ryu, Blanka, and Sakura. All but Sakura are from a version of Street Fighter II, with Guile, Chun-Li, Ryu, and Blanka all being from the original game, while Cammy was added in Street Fighter II: The New Challengers, alongside T-Hawk, DeeJay, and Fei Long.

Now that Street Fighter characters are back in the store (as of press time), we thought we’d look at three characters from the franchise that we’d like to see in the game at some point.

Three Street Fighter Characters we hope to see added to Fortnite eventually

Raul Julia as M.Bison

Raul Julia is one of the most iconic and classic actors of all time and helped bring characters like Gomez Addams and M. Bison to life. While the Street Fighter movie from the 1990s isn’t a critical darling, Julia’s turn as M. Bison was inspired, and despite suffering from a fatal illness was filming the role, Julia took the part due to his children’s love of the game. While it’s been decades since we lost Julia, it’d be a nice tribute to a wonderful man.

Vega

Vega is one of the coolest characters that fit so well in Fortnite. From his giant chest scar, his iconic white mask, and his giant claw, the character just fits in-game so wonderfully. Plus his claw could be his pickaxe.

Ken Masters

I mean, it’s Ken. Ryo and Ken. You already have Ryo, now you need his best friend.
