Fortnite is going through its No Sweat Summer live event and we’re Vibin with some of the changes.

Fortnite changes everything it seems. From the color and design of the Battle Bus to the way the storm looks over the years and even Jonesy. It’s part of the game and it’s not that surprising that they constantly update everything. This is a game that acts as a service. They have to constantly generate interest, so they can keep their revenue up in order to continue to update the game.

So changes are necessary so people don’t get bored. It’ll happen, as not everyone is destined to play a game for five-straight years with no falloff. Burnout happens. Yet, one of the things Fortnite does every so often is to throw a new coat of paint on things.

That’s part of the thought process behind their desire to update the lobby image. They do this quite a bit, most notably with the end of Chapter 3, Season 2, where the lobby image became the moon base that players would go to for the season’s live event. The best part about that lobby image was that it changed with the progress of the Mecha Team Leader

Well, Fortnite did it again with No Sweat Summer and updated the lobby image to one of the better ones in recent memory.

The new lobby image captures No Sweat Summer perfectly

Sure, it may not seem like a big deal, but the no lobby screen captures the current state of the game perfectly. It’s vibrant, and colorful and really captures the party vibe perfectly. I’m hoping that when the game eventually moves from the Season 3 of Vibin, and No Sweat Summer into the Halloween season, the lobby image is just as well thought out.
