Kratos Fortnite Skin Live in Item Shop
By Andrew Lin
The Kratos Fortnite Skin is finally back in the item shop, but you’ll want to jump on it soon.
March 6’s daily shop rotation will feature the God of War himself, with all of the matching cosmetics available separately or in a bundle.
Chapter 2 Season 5 is quickly approaching its end, and the Zero Point is just shooting out all of the crossover skins that have been added to the game since the season began. If you missed out when Kratos arrived earlier this season, you’ll have another chance to grab the Oathbreaker set.
The Oathbreaker Set includes Kratos, Leviathan Axe harvesting tool and the Guardian Shield glider.
Kratos Fortnite Skin
The Kratos skin itself comes with the Mimir reactive backbling for 1,500 V-Bucks.
Of course, you can’t rep the set without the rest of the set. His harvesting tool, the Leviathan Axe, comes with the Freezing Burst emote. This will run you 1,100 V-Bucks.
The last piece of the set is the Guardian Shield glider, for 800 V-Bucks. I don’t know how well a shield can work as a glider, but they have to incorporate it in the bundle somehow.
Buying everything separately will cost you 3,300 V-Bucks. If you do want everything, you can get it all in the bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks, a discount of 1,100 V-Bucks.
There’s actually a secret Armored style for Kratos you can unlock with this outfit if you can somehow pull of the gargantuan task of acquiring a PS5.
God of War, being one of Sony’s flagship franchises, has a bonus for Fortnite players playing on Sony’s latest console. Just play a match with the Kratos skin equipped on a PS5 and you’ll unlock the Armored Kratos style.
Chances are, you don’t have a PS5. I don’t recommend finding a stranger to log in for you, but see if any of your close friends have one you can use. Remember, never give out your password to anyone else.
