Fortnite fans around the world have been petitioning and begging for Nintendo to send out their best hunter to join Sony and Microsoft.

Since the beginning of Season 5, we have been treated with many hunters from different universes. Sony sent out one of their best in the God of War, Kratos. Microsoft was not far behind by sending their own hunter in Master Chief of Halo fame. However, the last of the big three consoles, Nintendo hasn’t joined the hunt yet.

That doesn’t mean that they won’t eventually join the hunt and fans are already speculating. Fortnite players and Nintendo lovers around the world have been calling for Nintendo favorite, Samus Aran from Metroid to be added to the game. And I am certainly joining them all. Samus would be the perfect choice for Nintendo to send.

Samus is no stranger to being in crossovers. She has been one of the main choices in Super Smash Bros since the first game was released. Joining the world of Fortnite would be something right up the sleeve of Samus. I am already hoping that Samus could be a boss in the game just to be able to use her blaster abilities.

Despite being just rumors at this point, it would make sense for Nintendo to want to have one of their characters included in the game. Switch players would love to have something special in the game from their favorite console. While there are many choices to consider, including Mario himself, Samus is the one that makes the most sense to me.

Fans can be pretty powerful when they want something bad enough. Any fan of the Sonic The Hedgehog movie can tell you that. I would expect Nintendo and Fortnite to listen to their fan’s cries for Samus.
