Fortnite: Today’s Item Shop 10/3/19

October 3, 2019 Fortnite Item Shop features new Slingshot skin. Hothouse and Gutbomb are back with a morbid twist on Beef Boss and Tomatohead. Rapscallion, Flippin’ Sexy and the Zone Wars bundle are also available.

The Fortnite Item Shop dropped a new skin today called Slingshot, which is part of the Racer Royale set. You can pick up this uncommon skin for only 800 V-Bucks. The accompanying harvesting tool, Victory Lap, is also part of the set and can be snatched up for just 500 V-Bucks.

Hothouse and Gutbomb are making their third appearance in Item Shop since their first release on August 15th, 2019. These are both epic skins with 1500 V-Buck price tag. They are a play on the popular Fortnite character Beef Boss and Tomatohead, but both look as though they have seen better days. A zombie, combat version seems to be vibe. Both have available harvesting tools replicating a pizza cuter and a spatula with a barbed wire and spiked flair about them.

The Zone Wars bundle is back in the Item Shop and features two skins, Hot Zone and Danger Zone, as well as the Starcrust Flux back bling. This rare bundle, which costs 1,600 V-Bucks, includes challenges to complete that unlocks news styles for both skins.

This is the set’s second run in the Item Shop correlating with the Limited Time Mode, Zone Wars, featuring end-game battles created by the Fortnite community. To round off the set, the Hyper Edge harvesting tools can be purchased, but they will set you back another 800 V-Bucks.

The Rapscallion skin is back for the 20th time in the Item Shop. This epic skin is part of the Jailbird set that was first introduced in June, 2018.

The knock-off Floss emote, the Windmill Floss, is back again with the always popular Flippin’ Sexy emote. Both can be purchased for 500 V-Bucks.
