Fortnite Infinity Blade takes over the Winter Battle Royale!

The Fortnite Winter Royale has been going on over the last week and players were not happy with the addition of the Infinity Blade hours before the start of the event.
The Infinity Blade not only slices through anything in its path, but it also allows players to have up to 400 health and gives increased mobility with the ability to jump extremely far and high as you’ll see in the clip below.
The weapon was added the morning of the first day of the Winter Royale, so players were not sure what to expect, but players quickly came to the realization that it’s extremely overpowered.
Many pro players took to Twitter to express their feelings towards the addition of the sword and allowing it in competitive play, and while there were some players who were optimistic, most had only negative things to say.
Just watched a player who killed me with a sword win a game with 18 kills. His prior personal best for solos was 11 kills. He has 6,000 games played with 100 wins and a 1.20 KDR.

Parallax, a Fortnite Pro Player for the popular organization 100 Thieves, expressed his thoughts stating that a player who previously had a 1.2 KDR and a high-kill game of 11, was able to get 18 kills while winning the game because of the Infinity blade?
