Season 7 of Fortnite has officially begun, and the all-new game mode, Fortnite Creative, is something the fans have been waiting for!

If you haven’t heard of it yet, you’ll be familiar with is very soon! Fortnite Creative is coming to the game alongside the Season 7 Battle Pass starting today! However, if you for some reason choose not to get the loaded battle pass this season, you’ll be waiting until December 13th to jump into the action.

With Fortnite Creative, you have your own island, and it’s totally up to you as to what you want to do with it. Similar to Minecraft in some aspects, you are able to spawn any object you’d like to, whether a bus or stop sign or even a whole house or building, wherever and whenever you want.

This makes for the huge opportunity of being to create your own mini-games, which I have a feeling will blow up the Fortnite content scene on YouTube. Epic Games did warn players that the game mode may be a little buggy and possibly lag for the first week but at the very least, The world saves as you go so you never have to worry about your game crashing.

"Imagine a place where you make the rules, filled with your favorite things and your favorite people. Claim your own personal island and start creating!– Epic Games"

The fun doesn’t just stop there though. The best part of Fortnite Creative coming with Season 7, is the ability to play with up to 16 friends on a private server. Obviously, this is going to make for a  plethora of fun and creative mini-games to partake in, but that’s not what excites us most.

You’ll now be able to play custom-made competitive matches similar to how you could in playgrounds mode, but with up to 16 people, which is just enough to really battle it out considering the smaller map size.
