Fortnite Battle Royale: Season 5, Week 10 Challenges

The final week of Fortnite Season 5 is upon us, and with it comes the last set of challenges . Here’s a guide to give you some assistance.

Search Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces in Basements (0/7)

This is a similar challenge to previous challenges where you had to find Gnomes or Rubber Ducks scattered around the map. Fortunately this is a little easier as the puzzle pieces are located in basements. Each town on the map has at least one house with a basement so check them out. Also be on the look out for when you see two intact houses together as one of them has a basement you can access from the outside. Below is a map to help you find some basements with confirmed puzzle pieces.

Consume Apples or Mushrooms (0/20)

Wailing Woods is a great place to load up on mushrooms, as is the campsite to the south before Retail Row. Another good location for mushrooms is the wooded area between Snobby Shores and the indoor soccer stadium, as well as Dusty Divot and Lonely Lodge. Wherever the trees be dense, you should find some mushrooms. Fortunately it will also get your shield up.

Eliminate Opponents (HARD – 0/10)

While the aim of the game is to be the last one standing, you can speed that process up by eliminating other players. Simply play the game and outplay anyone you come across using whatever tactic or weapon fits the situation.

Search Chests in Salty Springs (0/7)

Salty Springs is going to be hectic over the next few days with players trying to search those chests. My recommendation for this challenges is to wait a few days for it to quieten down but if you want it done quickly, drop fast and be quick.

Deal damage to opponents (0/5,000)

Simply do as much damage to as many people as you can. There’s no secret to this one apart from playing the game and either going for a high kill run or doing it over the course of several drops. 50v50 will also provide you more people to do damage to so would be worth it for this challenge.

Search between a covered bridge, waterfall, and the 9th green

The treasure this week is up north right by Lazy Links if the last location didn’t make it obvious enough. If you look at the 9th green, there is a shed to the east with a patch of dirt in grid square G2. That’s where your treasure is.

Eliminate Opponents in Pleasant Park, then Wailing Woods and Lucky Landing.

Another sequential elimination challenge which can be done over several games. Pleasant Park and Wailing tend to have other players in them although due to being right on the edge of the map, Lucky Landing can be a little tricker but it is a good loot spot anyway. With it being a challenge location, you’re bound to find someone to help you complete this challenge soon.
