The Fly Explosives limited time game mode is back. If you love rockets, jet packs and explosive action, get your games in while it’s still here.

One of the more fun limited game modes to be released over the last few seasons is the explosives LTM. The game mode includes rocket and grenade launchers, grenades, stickies, C4 and the recently returned guided missile.

To make this LTM even more interesting, Epic Games added the vaulted jet packs to add a high-flying aspect to the already explosive action.

The Fly Explosives LTM is a great mode to loosen up and shake off a few bad matches. It’s no-holds-barred, adrenaline pumping action for the brief amount of time you remain in one piece. It’s also a great way to clean up some of your challenges.

The first and third week of challenges included some form of explosive elimination requirements, which can be difficult to get in the regular game mode unless you are skilled with these types of weapons.

If not, Fly Explosives LTM is a great way to clean them up. Given that every single chest, spawn and drop is giving you a high-powered explosive weapon, it isn’t that difficult to rack-up explosive eliminations in this game mode.

The jet packs are a nice addition to this LTM as players can now escape incoming RPG rockets reasonably easily without having to waste recently nerfed building resources in the process.

Final battles are not necessarily going to be easy, with both players relying on timing and jet fuel to be successful. The guided missile also adds to the fun as a scouting tool at the end of matches.

Give Fly Explosives a try while it’s available, you won’t regret it.
